Magazine London

Available

Second Option Held

Available Dates

24th-28th October 2027

Magazine London is a state-of-the-art venue that can flex to meet your most ambitious ideas. At over 3,000 square metres, the site is one of the largest purpose-built hybrid spaces in London, with four distinctive internal spaces and a riverside Showground. At 9,700 square metres, The Showground has an outdoor capacity of up to 7,000 people, uninterrupted views of the city skyline and is the only site on the Thames that can accommodate drone show take offs.

From the floor-to-ceiling riverside views of Space 1, to the fully configurable ‘black box’ of Space 2, the building’s architecture reflects the industrial history of Greenwich. Built in 2019, the steel structure allows for vast and customisable use of the internal spaces, blending function with an uncompromisingly contemporary aesthetic of patinated steel, black OSB walls and polished concrete floors.

The venue has been designed with ease of use in mind, incorporating the highest-quality technical infrastructure, staging and facilities. It can accommodate up to 10,000 people across its internal and external spaces, providing an unrivalled landscape for performances, awards dinners, conferences, exhibitions, filming, fashion and ticketed culture.

Tobacco Dock

Available

Second Option Held

Available Dates

18th-20th October 2027

Tobacco Dock provides an iconic, high-impact setting for a large-scale tech festival, pairing historic industrial architecture with cutting-edge event capability. Its raw brick vaults, exposed timber beams, and expansive galleries create a visually striking environment that complements innovation-led programming and immersive brand experiences.

With over 16,000 sqm of interconnected indoor and outdoor space, the venue supports multi-stage content, exhibitions, demo zones, networking hubs, and experiential activations within one cohesive footprint. The layout encourages exploration and discovery, allowing attendees to move fluidly between stages, showcases, and social areas.

Purpose-built technical infrastructure enables complex AV, staging, projection, and lighting design — ideal for product launches, live demos, and high-production keynotes. The contrast between historic fabric and modern technology creates a memorable atmosphere that feels progressive, creative, and distinctly London.

Tobacco Dock is particularly well suited to festivals that aim to energise audiences, foster collaboration, and deliver an experience beyond a traditional conference environment.

Old Billingsgate

Available

Not Held

Available Dates

10th-16th, 17th-23rd October and 31st October-6th November 2027

In the heart of the City on the North bank of the River Thames, stands a striking historic building that is a remarkable part of London's heritage. Old Billingsgate encompasses three versatile spaces and a beautiful terrace with unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge.

This Victorian Grade II listed building was once a world famous fish market, running up until 1982. The Grand Hall, which now holds varying events from exhibitions to awards dinners, was the market floor, and the basement of Old Billingsgate, now The Vault, was covered in 50 years of ice used to store the fishermen's catch. Given an industrial twist by architect Lord Richard Rogers, the building has undergone an amazing transformation, from the 19th century's largest fish market to London's premier event space.
