Nvidia is organising a vibrant Staff Summer BBQ Event in Munich, designed to bring together 250 guests for an afternoon and evening of celebration and team bonding. The event will feature a welcome drinks reception with canapés, followed by a classic BBQ service and lively entertainment, including a DJ or band, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. With both indoor and outdoor venue options sought, the event aims to provide flexibility and comfort regardless of weather, complemented by high-quality catering and engaging entertainment throughout. This annual gathering, previously held at Sommer Quartier, promises to be a highlight for staff, fostering camaraderie in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

The Prater beach is located in the southeast of the area and can be reached via a separate access road. In summer, events in the Wurzelkeller (root cellar) are ideally complemented by the open beach with a view of the Isar. A few steps also lead from there to the inner courtyard of the Praterinsel. The beach is suitable for wonderful barbecues and summer parties.
The wet weather alternative would either be the restaurant or Wurzelkeller (Root Cellar).

Villa Flora is a listed building in the Sendling-Westpark district of Munich. Glanz & Gorilla operates the two-story event area of around 4,000m² - consisting of the old Villa Flora, the atrium and the outdoor area with old trees. The building ensemble enables enormous flexibility for a wide variety of events.
Hire includes exclusive use for all areas.

The rooftop bar on level 6 invites guests to enjoy themselves and connect – both indoors and outdoors, with a unique 360-degree view of Munich. This modern bar adds dynamism to events held in the open space. Maximum capacity is 200 standing however the Roof Terrace can accommdate up to 400 standing on levels 6 and 7.

The exclusive rooftop terrace has sweeping views of Munich, the Olympic Park, and the Bavarian Alps. This open-air venue is ideal for all kinds of summer events with barbecue buffets, flexible layouts, and a laid-back rooftop atmosphere.
In case of unfavorable weather, the alternative venue would be the Westhub Bar & Assoluto area or the ballroom.
