For the upcoming Avenue Conference, we meticulously sourced a list of potential venues in Bristol, ensuring they align with the client's specific requirements and preferences. With a budget of £350 per person and a total budget of £400,000, we focused on boutique-style properties that can accommodate the diverse needs of a multiple-day meeting, including breakout sessions, coffee breaks, gala dinners, and lunches. Given the accommodation requirements for 150 guests, we prioritized venues that offer a three-night stay for 80 guests and a two-night stay for 70 guests, with check-in and check-out dates aligning with the event schedule from July 16 to July 19, 2026. We also considered alternative dates in June or September to provide flexibility. Understanding that David is particular about his venues, we ensured that each option meets high standards of quality and ambiance, reflecting the sophisticated nature of the event.
