The client is looking for a meeting room for 35-40 delegates set up theatre style. A projector and screen suitable for these delegate numbers is also required.
The timings for the event are 0830-1700 hours. Refreshment breaks should be served mid-morning and mid-afternoon with the usual tea/coffee/juices/pastries or cake etc and maybe some healthier options. A buffet lunch is also required which can be served seated in a restaurant or this could be outside the meeting space in a stand-up networking style.
