The event, catering for 200 guests with a total budget of £20,000, seeks a venue offering outdoor space complemented by an indoor backup to ensure flexibility regardless of the weather. With a flexible start time—either in the afternoon or from 5pm—the agenda features an arrival drinks reception followed by an evening of activities, entertainment, and socialising. The client is open to semi-private spaces and aims to create a memorable, lively experience that encourages team bonding in a fun and informal setting.
