The Auditorium features extra wide seats, excellent sight-lines, extraordinary acoustics, full lighting, and sound and audio-visual capabilities - lending it to large conferences, product launches and live productions.

Located on the ground floor of Kings Place, the Battlebridge Room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and a private, covered terrace overlooking the serene Regent’s Canal, just a short walk from King’s Cross station. Transport your guests to the slopes this festive season with cosy, alpine-inspired après ski theming, for an unforgettable Christmas celebration. Room hire includes private access to the terrace, situated right on the banks of Regent’s Canal. It is the perfect serene location to serve your guests a warming welcome cocktail on arrival. Due to licensing reasons, all guests must have moved inside by 9:30pm, where the event can continue until 11:30pm.

The Theatre resides at the heart of the Royal Institution in Mayfair, home to lectures, discourses and world-changing discoveries since 1802. It is an ideal corporate event venue on the first floor and features an elegant heritage aesthetic alongside the latest presentation technology. Within the auditorium hire, you'll have access to our in-house AV and a dedicated technician to support your needs. The First-Floor spaces flow together beautifully to create a flexible event space. The original marble Grand Entrance staircase leads to our iconic Lecture Theatre or to the Library, Georgian and Writing Rooms, which can be used as one large, interconnected catering room for the drinks reception. Also included is the Demonstration Room, ideal as a breakout space or green room for speakers.

The View on the 6th floor of The Royal College of Surgeons, has two main rooms, The Conference Suite which can hold up to 300 guests in theatre style and 180 people on rounds for dinner, and The Park View for your catering or evening reception. The Park View also comes with two breakout rooms either side: The Linder Boardroom and The Newman Suite. These rooms are perfect for private calls, green rooms or smaller meetings.

The Auditorium at 30 Euston Square holds up to 300 with technology that is built around keeping attention on the content, not the equipment: A Sony HDR 4K laser projector, DCI cinema-certified, Dolby Atmos surround sound with dynamic show lighting with AV technical support on hand throughout. The Auditorium hire includes use of the adjacent Exhibition Hall for the drinks reception all on the lower ground.
