This is a one day meeting for 70 Nvidia employees, similar to those planned for Munich and London around the same time. The venue should be a good 4 star business hotel which can offer a suitable meeting room set up theatre style. Refreshment breaks are required both mid morning and mid afternoon as well as a buffet lunch. Standard menu items can be proposed since this is an internal meeting. Venues should be easily reachable from major transport hubs.
