With a total budget of £35,000, the event aims to deliver an exceptional festive experience, incorporating premium audio-visual elements and engaging entertainment. As a repeating event previously held at The Brewery, the focus this year is on sourcing an exclusive venue that elevates the celebration, ensuring a memorable and seamless evening for all attendees.

The Kimpton Fitzroy London is an iconic 5-star boutique hotel in Bloomsbury, facing Russell Square. It combines historic late-Victorian grandeur with chic, contemporary luxury. The Grand Ballroom is a stunning, historic venue for festive celebrations, featuring double-height ceilings, ornate architectural details, a mezzanine gallery, and an entire wall of windows. It accommodates up to 400 guests for receptions or 180 for a dinner and dance.

Formerly the building’s original Magistrates' Courtroom, the Magistrates’ Ballroom has been reimagined as a stunning formal space for private events. An evocative mural by painter Claire Basler decorates the room, whilst the adjoining private bar has views out to the Royal Opera House.
The room can accommodate up to 60 - 80 guests seated on long or round tables, and for a standing reception it's 120 guests. There is also a stage in the room, perfect for any entertainment or speeches you may be planning, or for seating if above 60 guests for dining.
