Munich Countrywide meeting

This enquiry is for an internal meeting for our client Nvidia in Munich on Tuesday 14th April 2026. The expected attendees are 130 delegates. No accommodation is required. The client is looking for a large meeting room for 130 delegates set up theatre style with enough room for a stage. A projection system with a large screen suitable for this audience size is required, as well as a PA system with 2/3 lapel microphones.
The timings for the event are 0900-1700 hours. Refreshment breaks should be served mid-morning and mid-afternoon with the usual tea/coffee/juices/pastries or cake etc and maybe some healthier options. A buffet lunch is also required which can be served seated in a restaurant or this could be outside the meeting space in a stand-up networking style.
