With the event growing year on year, Exclaimer faced several logistical and creative challenges. Hosting 350 international delegates required seamless travel and flight management, coordinated transfers, and full accommodation. The venue needed to support multiple departmental meetings running simultaneously, whilst also delivering a high-quality, engaging experience across all event elements. Additionally, expectations were high to surpass the previous year’s event with fresh ideas, flawless execution, and unique moments that brought teams together in meaningful ways—all while staying within budget and ensuring the entire event ran smoothly from start to finish.

The event culminated in a spectacular Black Tie Oscars-themed Gala Dinner, featuring immersive décor, 3D-printed chocolate portraits, and a professional portrait photo booth, delivering a truly memorable evening of celebration.
