2 Day Partner Conference

Smartbox is organising a dynamic 2-Day Partner Conference in March 2026, aimed at fostering collaboration and networking among partners from the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. The event will be held in an inspiring and accessible location within the Bristol, Malvern, or London/M4 Corridor area, ensuring excellent transport links. The conference will feature a mix of keynote sessions and breakout discussions in theatre and classroom settings, complemented by a small welcome dinner for early arrivals and a lively partner dinner with live music and a DJ. Attendees will enjoy a hot buffet lunch and have access to comprehensive audio-visual facilities, including mics and projection. Accommodation will be provided for 80 to 120 guests, with a focus on trendy venues that offer 2 to 5 rooms and staging options. The event promises to be an engaging platform for internal operations teams to share updates, launches, and address issues, all while enjoying a fresh and inspiring environment.

For the upcoming 2 Day Partner Conference, we meticulously sourced a list of venues in Bristol, UK, ensuring alignment with the specified budget of £250 - £270 per person. Our approach was to identify venues that could accommodate the diverse needs of the event, including a two-day meeting with breakout sessions, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and gala dinners. We prioritized venues that could provide suitable accommodation for varying lengths of stay, catering to 65 guests for two nights, 15 guests for three nights, and 40 guests for one night. Additionally, we considered the logistical requirements for the arrival of 80 guests on the first day, a full-day conference for 120 attendees on the second day, and a concluding conference for 100-120 participants on the third day. Our venue selection process was guided by these comprehensive requirements to ensure a seamless and successful event experience.
