Kasia joined the team in January 2010 following a two year maternity break with her children.

Starting her career with a BA (hons) degree in Tourism Management at University of Brighton Kasia then gained invaluable MICE experience with the Accor Group as as an account manager for seven years.

Well travelled through both work and personal trips, Kasia has also worked in the travel sector in both operations and rep work in the summer sun of Greece & Turkey. Winters were spent working the ski resorts in France. She has also ridden Elephants in Thailand, Camels in Morocco and leapt out of a perfectly good aeroplane at 9,000 ft above New Zealand!

Kasia is fluent in Polish, further building on the extensive language skills of the Avenue team which includes; French, German, some Portuguese & Italian and now Polish!

When not working and being "Mum" to Louise & Thomas, Kasia enjoys skiing, snowbording and horse riding and like the rest of the Avenue team is especially partial to the noble grape ... all varieties!
